Return/Exchange Policy

We accept most return and exchange requests for 14 days from the date of purchase or date of receipt (for online purchases).

Returns are accepted ONLY for in-store credit or exchange of equal or more value.

 Latitudes reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange. 

·The original or gift receipt is required

·Item must be unworn/unused and in original saleable condition with all packaging

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable:

·Custom or special orders

·Engraved or personalized items

·Holiday merchandise

·Discounted or closeout/clearance products

·Gift Cards

·Permanent Jewelry

·Other exceptions may apply

Some vendors offer warranty on their products. In some cases, we may be able to assist you with warranty service. 

We recommend that you contact the vendor directly if outside the return/exchange policy window to assist you with any warranty claims.

If the product was shipped directly to you from the vendor please contact the vendor for assistance with any shipping or product issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to in-store credit within 10 business days.
